EDUBase Cloud is the company behind EDUBase EMS. From Lahore, we design, build, host and support software for institutions across Pakistan, and we take on engineering work for school groups that need more than an off-the-shelf system.

EDUBase started as a fee and student management system for a handful of schools and grew, module by module, into a cloud platform that now covers admissions, fees and bank collection, finance, examinations, attendance, HR and payroll, communication and the front desk, with free Android apps for parents, teachers and owners and an AI assistant that answers staff in English or Roman Urdu.
Along the way we became the engineering partner for school groups: migrating them off legacy software, building white-label parent apps, integrating bank fee collection and biometric gates, and hosting everything on managed cloud infrastructure with one database per school. That work is what edubasecloud.com is about; the product itself lives at edubaseems.com.
We are based in Lahore and serve institutions in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and beyond. Support is by WhatsApp, phone and the in-app assistant in working hours; product updates reach every school without any installation on their side.
