A fee paid at the bank should post itself. An absentee should trigger a WhatsApp. A scan at the gate should mark attendance and notify the parent. We build and operate these integrations for EDUBase schools and for institutions with other systems.

How we deliver it
Bank fee collection
HBL, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, PayPro and KuickPay, and through them 1Bill and 1LINK channels. We configure routing with the bank, share test vouchers and confirm inquiry/payment tests before go-live.
SMS
The free EDUBase SMS Sending App on the school's own SIM, or a branded/masking SMS gateway with delivery status back in the SMS report.
WhatsApp
The school's WhatsApp number linked by QR code, sent through our hosted service or the desktop sender, with delivery statistics.
Biometric, QR & face devices
QR Attendance App, standard biometric terminals and on-device face recognition gates with liveness check, each with revocable device credentials.
Data & print
Excel/CSV import-export for every report and branded PDF vouchers, cards, certificates and letters.

Which banks do you support for fee collection?
HBL, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, PayPro and KuickPay, which in turn expose 1Bill and 1LINK channels. Ask us about others.
Does the school pay for SMS?
With the free SMS app the school uses its own SIM package. Branded/masking SMS runs through a gateway the school subscribes to.
Can our existing biometric machines be used?
Standard biometric attendance terminals can feed EDUBase attendance; tell us the model and we will confirm.
