Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our current system to get a custom module?
No. Many schools start with one area (for example fees and bank collection) and add modules later. Where a school keeps a legacy system, we can integrate or migrate data instead.
Who owns the custom work?
You keep full use of everything built for your institution. Reusable improvements are shipped to all EDUBase schools so they keep getting maintained.
How long does a new module take?
A scoped module typically goes from workshop to first working version in weeks, then iterates with your staff on real data. We give a written estimate after the discovery call.
Does it work for colleges and academies too?
Yes. Lecture-wise salary for visiting faculty, date sheets, award lists and academy-style monthly fees are already part of EDUBase EMS.
