Data extraction & cleaning

Frequently asked questions
Can you migrate from software whose vendor no longer exists?
Usually yes. As long as the data can be exported (or the database file is available), we can map it. Where only printed registers exist, we template an Excel for data entry.
Will our old challans and receipts still be visible?
Past payments and outstanding balances are imported so ledgers and defaulter reports carry the history forward. Old scanned documents can be attached to student profiles.
What happens to the old system?
You keep it read-only until you are comfortable. Nothing is deleted on your side by us.
